I LOVE this place. The staff is super helpful and friendly and the mechanics really know what they're talking about. They are fair and efficient. That is super hard to find these days. Reasonable wait time to get your vehicle fixed too. If it takes a bit longer I wouldnt stress the mechanics are honest and sweet and they worked hard super hard to fix my car!!! Ill be coming back to them again!!!! I highly recomme bringing your vehicles to them and even purchasing from them. They're not just a family owned dealership they become family!
Would recommend Jim Satcher Motors to anyone! They were extremely responsive, got me an even better deal than I had said I wanted! I told them I wanted a 2013 Ford Escape and gave them an amount I was willing to spend...David Satcher called me back within 2 days with a few options and I ended up with the color I wanted, a 2015 model, and for less than the price I had told them I was willing to spend! They are people you can trust and extremely enjoyable family! Great to support a family owned business and absolutely loved doing business with them. I will never go to anyone else!

BEWARE - DO NOT TRAVEL TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM JIM SATCHER FORD. I located a truck via the web and had several communications with Pat and John regarding the condition of the vehicle, this was very important since I would be traveling via a one way rental car from Raleigh, NC to purchase. I was promised the truck was in show room condition, so without hesitation I gave them a deposit to hold the truck until I arrived. (Hold window was 48 hours). Once I arrived the truck had scratches all over it including a cracked bumper and was informed that an old man had owned the truck prior and bumped into things occasionally. Immediately after seeing the truck I asked what my options where in terms of recovering the $500 deposit since the vehicle was not accurate with their description, John informed me that I would have to forfeit the deposit. So to re-cap, here I am 300 miles away without a vehicle, without my rental car, and already out a combined $700 between the lost deposit and the one way enterprise rental car that had already been dropped off. John informed that he could come off the price $200 but for me to take truck back to Raleigh and have bumper fixed. Weighing my options I felt I had to go through with the purchase. Once I drove off from the dealership, I knew I had made a poor decision, so I called after 15 minutes of having the vehicle and asked if their is any way they could take back the vehicle, they said yes thankfully. The only bright spot in this whole experience was Jesse who was kind enough to drive me to the nearest hotel. All in all between a lost deposit of $500, two one way rental cars, and a hotel stay in the middle of nowhere I had lost $1000 and still without a car. I think this dealership is most likely great if you are buying local, however STAY AWAY IF YOU ARE TRAVELING TO MAKE A PURCHASE!!!!!!
My grandfather started buying cars from Jim since the 1970's and I have continued the tradition. David and Michelle are hands down the best people to deal with.
